I gotta call at least partial bullshit on this one. No, I'm not calling it on revisionist history in textbooks. It's there, we know it's there, and that sucks. But it's bullshit to say it's a Liberal Conspiracy. The problem is with authors pushing an agenda. In high school (mid-1980s), I was taught that the USSR was Evil and America was Good. I want my kid to read a textbook that tells all of it, without the agendas and rhetoric and propaganda for either side. It's just as much bullshit to say "The US is Great!" as it is to say "The US is Evil!"
