God damn the hippies!
I SO blame this on the whinny ass hippies (an the neo-hips). This woman should be a role model for parents everywhere, not given a DHS investigation. Emotional damage my ass. It’s about time that parents start giving a damn about their children. When did “professionals” get to be such dumb asses.

Neo-hippie - in a word, Awesome. I think this may be more paleo-hippie, though.
"Hey look that parent is disciplining her child. I bet her child doesn't like it. Let's call the cops."
Good idea.
So the "professionals" have a problem with discipline that is more negative then focusing on the positive. How about the fact that the punishment worked. Guess sometimes a good dose of humiliation is needed over cooing about failing grades and hoping the kid does better.
