How Not To Conduct a Trial

brought to you by the wonderful folks behind the Tom Delay indictment. Apparently, no one is going to be qualified to judge this case. Two different judges have now been removed because they donated money to either Republicans or Democrats.

What a freakin' circus. If you hate Delay so much, vote him out of office. This prosecution is flat out made up - and I don't even really like the guy.
