Passenger Arrested for DUI

I told you DUI laws were getting out of hand. It's not about safety, it's about revenue and police control. This prosecutor sucks, especially considering:

Carlisle District Judge Jessica Brewbaker refused to sign the arrest warrant for Pittman, advising the trooper she did not think there were grounds to believe he was in control of the car, according to court records. But the county court agreed to let another judge sign it in February.

Seriously. This is one of my real problems with the justice system. Neither the police, nor the prosecutors seem to realize that they have the discretion to choose not to ruin people's lives over stupid crap.
