Did you read the link inside the last post. The undercover camera dude went to 38 (THIRTY EIGHT) stations and only got forms from 3 (THREE).
How many bad apples do you need to find before it looks like all the apples are bad?

We also have way too many laws. You can almost literally be stopped at any time for any reason.
