World Series of Beer Pong

This event sounds like a blast. I wonder what the entrance fee is. Here's an excerpt.

Each team played 11 games, averaging one competition per hour. That
meant -- provided the players didn't drink between rounds -- a team would
consume about 12 ounces of beer every 60 minutes.

IDs were checked at the door, and players were given wristbands each
day to ensure everyone inside was 21 or older.

"Beer pong brings together alcoholism and competition into one

There's a spot.. somewhere between drunk and really drunk... THAT I AM A BEER PONG GOD! (of coarse we always called it Beruit, that that th eyoungin even know where that is these days).

Did they call it Beruit because they were getting bombed? If so that is a pretty cool / odd way to name a game.

Wow, I'm amazed that anyone could translate that first post of mine. As for Beruit... I always assumed it was 'cause we were lobbing "bombs" and Beruit was always being blown up.
